We provide care to farmworkers and migrant workers where they live and work – in the field. We also go out into our neighborhoods to provide care to our community, including veterans and the homeless.

Education
Our community needs a variety of primary care services. We offer walk-in, night and weekend services to increase access for everyone. We also accept walk-ins to address illness and injury.
Patient Forms
Patients should bring a list of current medications, their insurance card and pre-completed Patient Forms with them to their first visit.
