Certified Family Nurse Practitioner Noelle Braley has joined Contentnea Health at the JH Rose Clinic practice.
Her clinical Interests include pediatric urgent and primary care, preventive care and disease management, health promotion, and medication management. She also provides physicals and sports exams.
Ms. Braley earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Husson University, Bangor, ME and her Master of Science in nursing from the University of Maine, Orono, ME.
She is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners,
Austin, TX.
Her office is located at JH Rose High School, 600 W. Arlington Boulevard in Greenville, and is open to staff and students of the Pitt County Schools. The school accepts most insurance and offers care on a sliding fee scale for qualifying patients.
