The Greene County community and Greene County Health Care staff officially opened Snow Hill Integrated Care Services during a ribbon cutting September 8.

The clinic marks a relocation and expansion of Snow Hill Medical Center in downtown Snow Hill to the new 1106 Kingold Boulevard location in Snow Hill.

Members of the community, Chamber, staff, and local and state elected officials attended. The event included remarks from Chamber Representative Mary Betty Kearney, Greene County Health Care Board Chairman Bobby Nimmo, outgoing CEO Doug Smith, CEO Melissa Torres and state Sen. Don Davis.

After the ribbon cutting, guests toured the new clinic and talked with staff on site.

The 10,000+-square-foot building houses medical and mental health services and offers mammography, x-ray, lab and medication assistance services.
