Physician Assistant Gina DeMilt Joins Contentnea Health’s Greenville Center
Physician Assistant (PA) Gina DeMilt is Contentnea Health’s newest provider at James D. Bernstein health center in Greenville.
Ms DeMilt has five years of experience in athletic training, including evaluating and diagnosing injury and illness. While working as an athletic trainer, she focused on strength and conditioning, and sports nutrition. She also has experience as a clinical research coordinator at the University of Vermont.
Ms DeMilt earned her Bachelor of Science in athletic training from Endicott College in Beverly, MA., where she also played softball for four years. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Lynchburg in Lynchburg, VA. Ms DeMilt is pursuing a Doctorate in Medical Science (DMSc) from the University of Lynchburg.
As a Certified Physician Assistant, she will provide primary care to patients of all ages.
“I am eager to contribute to the health and well-being of underserved communities,” Ms DeMilt says. “I am particularly passionate about preventive care and patient education. I am committed to empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their health.”
